Please note that if your parcel is sent back to us because of failed delivery attempts (incomplete address/ refused delivery/ no access/ no-one present to sign for the delivery) further charges will apply. We aim to dispatch all our items the same day after cleared payment has been received. But sometimes it may take up-to two working days. STANDARD ROYAL MAIL POLICY: It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unavailable to accept a delivery. You can then call them to arrange re-delivery or pick-up, if you do not know the location or contact number for your local Royal Mail sorting office contact us and we will try to find out for you. If your purchase is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. We can then re-send the item to you, however we would require you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the original postage costs. RETURNS: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days (21 days in the case of international orders).
